I have set up my mail settings in the admin section, and my tests come back as a success, however every time I check whether the forgot password box is working, I never receive an email. Anyone have any ideas?? Thx

Ah well, I thought I would shoot for the easy target first :-)
Have you tried different email settings? I recommend CDOSYS.   Another possibility is the hosting company blocking email - so if your using an email address for your domain try an external one, or vica versa.

What is weird is that the email settings were working, and then I tried another test message and received a failed response. I checked the authentication box, added my settings and it works. Figures it was user error. BTW, I am using CDO. Thanks!
