Hey guys,

I'd sure like to see the ability to assign a shipping price on a per product basis.  Specifically,  be able to assign say $5.00 for the first unit ordered, then $2.00/unit after.  And be able to assing this on a per product basis so different products can have their own pricing.  Maybe also offer a select box to turn on or off the ability to override default shipping methods - just incase you have a custom table or real time shipping carrier in place.  It could be a simple price per unit and price per unit after table that you input prices into when manually creating/editing or importing products.

Thanks!

Jeff G

WE have some inventory items that have a set shipping cost and others that rely on the API's with FedEx and UPS.

Right now to get around this we have the shipping as part of the cost of the products that have a set shipping cost and mark it as having no shipping with it.  This has many downsides such as when a percentage discount is used, they get a larger discount due to the shipping being added to the cost.

Being able to override the shipping calculator with a set shipping cost would be a huge improvement.
