I was having trouble with my stores confirmation e-mail after an order. Instead of displaying the name of the customer from the database it says:
Any ideas of how I can fix this?

well, 5.02 is fairly old, and had quite a few issues. several releases were issued since that version. If it is an option for you, I recommend you upgrade to the latest version.
