Howdy,

I am setting up my first ProductCard, it works great, and so far everything
has worked excatly like I expect.

I am attempting to set up my shipping services. The USPS setup worked
fine, and seems to return correct results.

My problem is when I go to set up UPS. I have an existing account with
UPS, I can log in and check my profile.

In product cart, when I click Enable USP Online Tools, and then click
"register an account" a window pops up, I agree to terms, and then get a
window to fill out with names, addresses and account number.

This is where I run into trouble.

I enter all the info exactly as it shows up in my UPS profile, and click next,
I get and error.

PickupPostalCode[1] '11111' is not the postal code associated with
ShipperNumber[1] '123445'.

Numbers replaced with actual zip and account number of course.

My first question, is this process, a product card process, or is this
coming directly from UPS?

I have emailed a detailed question to UPS technical support, but have not
received a reply.

Any suggestions for me would be appreciated.

Definitely check with UPS. We have no reports of this problem. There must be a "default" ZIP code associated with your account that is not the one that you are using on the registration form. Maybe you moved offices since the time you first created that UPS account?
