Because some of the goods we carry are custom orders, we may not bill for 30 days after the order is purchased. At 30 days, authorize.net expires the authorization and PC receives an error and will not process the order.
What we would like to see is if the authorization has expires, PC will re-submit the order for authorization when it sends the capture information. |

Hi Thrion - unfortunately, this is not supported and might even pose some legal problems, since there is probably a reason that credit card companies only keep the authorization open for 30 days. You will have to contact the customer and re-submit the credit card information through Authorize.net's Virtual Terminal.
