Hi,

I have my Merchant Account setup and running in Product cart 4.0sp3. Standard products (non Gift Certificates) are processed succesfully via our gateway. However I we are receiving an error when we try to process Gift Certificates.

I have process orders when they are placed checked and have tried setting payment status set at both "authorized" and "paid" but still get the error when we try to cehckout.

The Gift Cert orders ARE getting thru to out merchant as I can see them in the ePay interface.

Can anyone shed some light on this error for me? I've searched the forums and don't see anything related.

We are hosting the install on IIS6 on a SQL server internally. Error below

thank you!!
Steve

We are not aware of any issues with Gift Certificates.

If you are using a custom Gift Certificate code generator, make sure that the script is running properly. If you still believe that there might be an issue in ProductCart, please open a support ticket.

I'm getting the exact same error when trying to place a test order for a Gift Certificate.  Did you ever figure out what was wrong?
