I have a legacy "Product Cart" installation, and started getting this error:
500 - Internal server errorwhen attempting to login to the site Control Panel. I would be most grateful for any help. |

You need to follow this procedure:
Control Panel:
Once that is done, if you have a support plan, submit a support request to Netsource and seek their assistance. Or engage a developer. But you need to get the raw error to be displayed before anyone will be able to direct you to the next step of the resolution. |

I've checked those files: - opendb.asp has the line like this (commented out?) 'on error resume next - there's no 'on error resume next ' line in adminv.asp The error log in /logs/iis reports: 800c0005|The_system_cannot_locate_the_resource_specified.__ 80 Is this what you mean by the raw error code? |

it seems odd that your adminv.asp file does not have that statement. Regardless, I might be able to assist. Unless you prefer to work with the authors (Netsource) please contact me directly via e-mail greg at greybearddesign.com to make arrangements.
