I actually was checking for updates thru our admin control panel, I think for some reason the updater is not recognizing our current version 3.052a.
Guess i will have to submit a support ticket.

	Check the version shown in your includes/settings.asp It uses that to reference whether the upgrade needs to be done. cheers Mark

	Thanks again for your help Mark! I went ahead & issued a support ticket and the fine people at EarlyImpact quickly got me squared away. The updater was just bypassing my version for whatever reason. I am actually updating our site right this minute!
