We had a customer attempt to place an order. She got this message: "Your order cannot be placed due to security reasons. Please try again!" No error appears in the back-end, and I was able to place a test order with the same products without issue. This error is triggered with this code: <div class="pcErrorMessage"> <%Select case Clng(request("msg")) Case 1: response.write dictLanguage.Item(Session("language")&"_opc_msg1") End Select%> </div> But i'm not sure where "msg" comes from and why it gets triggered. Since there's no log, I don't know if it happens all the time and just one person reported it... Thanks for your help!!! |

This is the first time I know of anyone receiving this message. It
displays when the system detects an anomaly in the total that may
indicate someone is "hacking" the cart. You should ask the customer if
they remember what they were doing at the time, and then open a ticket
with that information. This is a pretty odd scenario if the customer was just checking out normally.
