Adding/Cloning Product Breaks Category Page

Hello all,

I have the cart installed over at http://hottanningbeds.com and am new to using it. I have recently been asked to add two new products. I have tried creating them from scratch and also tried cloning existing products. Whenever I activate the products the corresponding category page is broken.

I get this error:

I doubt this can be resolved in the forum because it's likely going to require gaining FTP access to deal with it.  What version code is this?  Are there any mods in the store?  If so, examine those changes.  otherwise I'd suggest you file a support request with EI because stock code won't typically break that way, and someone technical will need to look at code/data to see what's giving it heartburn.

Thanks for your response Greg. As I said I was basically thrown into this project yesterday as the previous managers are no longer available.

The version I see is "PC v3.1 "

I'm sure there are mods that have been installed and code altered. It sounds like I will be filing a support request. Thank you!
