When receiving a new order, some have and "i" beside them, apparently indicating a message from the customer. How do I reply to that question?

Hi, The "I" against orders indicates a comment from a customer, which may or may not be a question. Really the helpdesk is designed to be the route for them to ask questions as after the order has been placed it's a little late for most questions. At the moment, you would need to find the customer record tovia "customer" to find a "mailto" link, but if you click on the customers name it will take you to the customer record where the email address is shown.
