Don't get emails from Contact Form only

Message Topic Search Topic Options Post Reply Create New Topic Printable Version Translate Topic

   Hello,
For some reason, I'm not getting any emails when someone sends a message using the contact form. 

Could someone give me some advice as to where I could start troubleshooting this issue?

	An issue like this take some experience to troubleshoot, though it shouldn't be challenging for a skilled programmer. It would be too difficult to give you a DIY on it. Submit a ticket to EI. They'll be able to figure it out pretty easily, I'm sure.
