Ok!! I feel like a complete idiot now. I double checked if Parents Path was enabled or not and it was disabled. I turned it on and now everything works with a couple exceptions but no database errors and the connection string works.  I don't know how I would have enabled that from within Plesk but since I now have RDP access I found it. Thanks Greg for trying and thanks Sean for the attempt.

Ah yes, that would make a very big difference! I'm surprised you could even get a page to load in that situation!
