Hi blackey,

The patch is not currently installed on the store you linked to, and so it is not possible to comment on the issue.  Please open a ticket.  I recommend that you setup a mirror of the live store if you do not want to install it on the live store.  That way you can send us a link where we can view the problem

I have also found sporadic behaviour with Mojozoom in IE9. The highlight square when a user points at the main images seems to jump all over, when the mouse is moved. However, the Jquery problem seems to be resolved with the fix.

It seems the zoom problem lies with the mojozoom script. The same problem shows up on the example on the Mojozoom developer's own site http://www.nihilogic.dk/labs/mojozoom/.

Would it not make sense to use force your sites to use IE8 compatability mode until the issues with IE9 are all resolved?

MojoZoom is the only feature that we know of where there is an outstanding conflict with IE9. We have contacted the company that created the tool, and they indicated that they do not plan to update it in the near future.

We need to see whether we have time to update the code ourselves, or whether we need to insert code that detects IE9 and disables this feature. We'll make a decision on this soon.

Hello- I cannot find any fix for this yet. Could you provide the code snipet required to "insert code that detects IE9 and disables this feature"? That way we could at least fix this problem in a sub-optimal way for the time being. Thanks!

I think it's here under IE9 Compatibility. You should familiarize yourself with the channels used for pushing updates and bugfixes.

Hello Brett- I did check that page, and searched the forums. That page, as far as I can see, does not indicate that there are an fixes for this problem.

The most recent thing I can find is the post in this thread immediately before my post.

Am I missing something on the releases page?
