Can anyone help?  I am trying to activate a payment gateway on Product Cart.  I seem to be successful, but when I then place a test order, I get a message that says "Error occurred during processing.  Please try again later".  This happens repeatedly.  I called the support line of the payment gateway, and they went through a checklist to assure that I had done everything correctly, and ultimately shrugged their shoulders.  I also called our web hosting company.  They, too, were unable to offer any help.  So I am nowhere.  Any ideas?

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

cmf,

Have you validated your SSL certificate?  you can validate your SSL here:  http://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html - www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html   (just enter in your website address with the www).

This will check to make sure your SSL does not have any problems chaining to the root.

Mark:

Thank you for that.  I did click on the link, and apparently, the SSL checks out fine.  Any thing else I can try?

I have had several users install Auth.net and there are a few occasions where we have had to get the transaction key re-issued.

I am assuming you have already turned on SSL in your store (under the settings tab).

You can also try to remove Auth.Net and then re-enable it entering in all your information again.

There are a few Auth.Net resellers on the forum so we may need to wait and see if we can get them chime in on this.

Thanks, Mark.  I have already tried all of those things to no avail.  Hopefully, as you say, an Authorize.Net re-seller will chime in.  Thanks again.

Carolyn
