Hello,
We've been receiving a lot of customer emails with regard to not being able to checkout using the one page checkout and Internet Explorer 6.
Do you have any patches for this? Or is there a way to disable One Page Check out for IE6 customers?

Hi,
We would have a lot of support tickets if this was an issue with the software. It's almost certainly something to do with the custom header & footer. Isuggest following the guide on this WIKI page: http://wiki.earlyimpact.com/how_to/create_default_store tocreate a "mirror" store and then gradually introduce the changes to your header/footer (especially any javascript) to see what breaks it. As for why people still use IE6 - who knows, even Microsoft are keen to get people off IE6. |

Do you know if there is a way to disable the onepage checkout and use the multiple page checkout you guys had before? |

impossible - v4 only has a single checkout process.
