We recently revamped our entire website (excluding ProductCart), and part of that project involved moving ALL of our online functions (including ProductCart) to a different set of servers.

As a result, I can add products that don't appear online.  I believe it's a pointer problem but the folks that did the moves for us are a little blind in that regard.

It comes down to right now we cannot add items to the system, they don't show up.

I'm wondering if we reinstall ProductCart on the new server (overlaying what code is already there), is there a way to do this without losing what products we currently have online?

Make sure that the move to the new servers has been done according to the following article: http://wiki.earlyimpact.com/how_to/move_store

My first guess is that the database connection still points to the old server.
