I have looked everywhere in the control panel and the wiki, but cannot find anything that gives me a clue that there is a way to track our web traffic or even just hits. Does anyone know of a legit company or even if it's possible with .asp files? Thanks for your help!

Hit counters are not meaningful.  Anyone can sit on your site and refresh, watching your "hits" increase.  Beyond that, there's little to be learned from such counters.  Who were they?  How did they reach your site?  What pages did they visit?

What you really want is to have statistical reporting of your traffic.  Your web host may offer stats as part of the hosting package you buy, and you may also want to consider Google Analytics:

I've been running my business on the web since 1996 and I have been at all those things.  I had page counters, and even links to some analyzing site.  All cool I have to say, but they will get old eventually.   I now have the analytics from my webhost for free (www.webhost4life.com).  Counters can be manipulated, and what number do you want to show to your customer.  A low number may be a turn-off, and a high number may make you look so big that a customer thinks you cannot take personally care of them.  Quite honest I looked at those things a lot in the beginning, now I don't even care.  I now ask how people have heard about us and only care for some of the media (like Martha Stewart Magazine) we are covered in.   Another thing I care about are the referals from affiliates, but those are being tracked in the form of sales in PC.  Another thing to consider is that those items may slow down your site, if they have to load content into your pages.  Overall many of them are cute toys, but not neccessary to run your site.
