Hi, we are receiving a couple of problems when wholesalers enter orders.
The wholesale customer will try to place an order, and get the following errors:
1) We encounter the "shopping cart empty" error message. After three attempts the product stays in the cart sometimes. This occurs mostly with FireFox
2) When we don't have the above problem, that is a successful wholesale order, we are not always offered the option to change the shipping address at time of checkout. It seems that we have to go into the account first and change shipping address, and not done at time of checkout. Is this correct? Basically the wholesaler logs in, purchase a wholesale product and does not get the chance to change shipping address at check out.
Yes, we have the selection of allowing the user to have different shipping addresses enabled.
