I've been having quite a few customers complain about not being able to complete their orders using PayPal, and I've encountered the problem myself, but it seems to be intermittent. When you click on the PayPal checkout button here is the error message you get below
Does anyone know how to fix this?:

I just clicked on the paypal button but I did not get an error. You may want to follow this article in order to get to the actual error message, or submit a support request.

Thanks Greg, I have the tech support subscription but I can't find my product key, so I haven't been able to post a support ticket yet.
Does your company do this sort of troubleshooting? Reason I ask is because my web guy isn't certified or familiar with Product Cart.

Your license key is in the /includes/storeconstants.asp file. It is the long string at the top of the file.
