Hi there,
We're having issues getting our new World Pay account activated on the store. When I contact WorldPay, they said that the coding is the only thing causing the issue at the moment. The email says: "
On
the codes of your shopping cart, there is a space after the installation ID ( I highlighted it in red),
could you remove that space as we believe it is the reason why we received the
error message during the test transaction

On the page where you configure WorldPay reenter the details ensuring no stray spaces are entered. If that does not work please raise a support ticket.
