UPS labels printing incorrect addresses

   Has anyone else had an issue where when printing a UPS label incorrect customer address information is printed on the UPS label? I have had a couple of instances where the customer address information printed on the UPS is incorrect. The address information printed is for a completely different customer, it wasn't a difference that the billing address was used instead of the shipping address. I cannot seem to find any information on possible causes for the address information being incorrect.

	Yes, this happened to us a couple of times and we did not catch it. Our order was shipped to the wrong person. We were never able to find out what happened but you should put in a ticket to support.
