USPS is still not returning all options correctly. Priority Mail Options is not coming up in our store and should be.
More detail: We are running 4.0a SP4 Pulls First class and Express mail correctly but not Priority rates/options. Verified Mail/Shipping options for USPS in ProductCart are set correctly. Edited by swaynewilson - 03-January-2011 at 2:07pm |

Priority Mail rates are being returned correctly in other stores, so we are not sure what the problem might be:

It is still not returning Priority Mail rates. The patch fixed First Class but I have tried 5 different products/categories in our store (YourBagTag.com), different users, different shipping addresses, all to no avail. I have checked and reset settings in shipping options of Admin. Nothing works.

Steve - just so you know, I have upgraded a handful of stores already and each are showing priority rates. Did you submit a support ticket yet? |

Yes, I submitted support ticket. Hopefully someone can take a look. This is really weird given that many have successfully installed patch.
