We have run into a problem that a customer who retrieves their abandoned shopping cart can order products that have been made inactive. Does anyone know if there is a setting so that an inactive product cannot be ordered? We have the apparel add-on. BTW, we have inventory for the sub-products but don't want to set them all to zero if possible.

Hi Pat,
I've spent a tremendous about of time under the hood with "abandoned" shopping carts in PC, but I'm thinking you might be using our add-on for this. If you are, please raise a support ticket with us by sending an email to our ticket system -- support at WMSmerchantServices.com. Even with this installed, the logic to prevent this from happening is pure PC stock logic to the best of my recollection ... though that could be version dependent.
