When processing orders for gift certificates, the gift certificate number and amount no longer shows on the General or Other Details page of the View Order Details in the Productcart control panel.
 
Also, when redeeming with a gift certificate, the fact that a certificate was used doesn't show up on the product details page.  It can be quite confusing when processing an order and the total is $50.00 less than what is supposed to be and we have to figure out why.
 
It would also be nice for the email of the recipient to be listed somewhere so if they claim to have not received it it can be resent.

Sorry,  I didn't realize this was a support issue.  I just figured it was a feature that wasn't available and thought it would be nice to have.

I will put in a support request.
